Our Customer Information Privacy Principles serve as standards for all Ninnescah Valley Bank employees for collection, use retention, and security of individual customer information.

At Ninnescah Valley Bank, we believe the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. In addition, while information is critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our customers' trust. Information about consumers is accumulated from a variety of sources. Some information is provided to Ninnescah Valley Bank directly by customers themselves. Other data is developed by Ninnescah Valley Bank as a function of providing a product or service to a customer. Still other information is obtained from outside sources. We will limit the use and collection of information about our customers to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide superior service, and offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to our customers. LIMITATIONS ON EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO INFORMATION

At Ninnescah Valley Bank employee access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and on these Privacy Principles. Because of the importance of these issues, all Ninnescah Valley Bank employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.

Ninnescah Valley Bank is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security standards.

DISCLOSURE RESTRICTIONS OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We do not reveal specific information about your accounts or other personally identifiable data to parties outside our affiliated banks and companies for their independent use unless: 1) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; 2) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you; or 3) the disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or required. We do not provide account or personable information companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.

Ninnescah Valley Bank does not share information about customers for marketing solicitations with affiliated banks and companies.

When it comes to sharing customer information with unaffiliated companies, Ninnescah Valley Bank places strict limits on who receives specific information about customer accounts of other personally identifiable data. Ninnescah Valley Bank may share information with such companies if they provide a product or service that may benefit our customers. Whenever we do this, we carefully review the company and the product or service to make sure that it provides value to our customers. We share the minimum amount of information necessary for that company to offer its products or service.

When Ninnescah Valley Bank conducts business with third parties, it requires its vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.
