All customers will need to register as a "New User" in our new Online Banking system. Once you have registered as a New User, you may log in as an "Existing User." Previous Online Banking usernames and passwords are not recognized in this new system.
When You Enter Your Name
Personal Accounts: Enter only One First Name. Please don't list two first names.
Business Acounts: Enter only the Business Name. Please don't list your personal name, too.
In order to keep your accounts and information safe, we have added additional layers of security to the login process. These security measures validate you as an authorized user and give you the peace of mind that your information is safe and confidential.

Where's My Account History
Daily account history on the new Online Banking system begins on June, 13. To view your January 1, 2014 through June 12, 2014 history choose an account and then choose "Statements" on the second row of tabs. For history prior to January 1, 2014, please call your local High Plains Bank location.

To customize your accounts and choose Electronic Statements click on the "profile" link in upper right hand corner of the screen once you have logged in.
